Brian & Mindi Sturm: Brian grew up in Haysville, KS and originally came to Kansas State as an architecture student. He came to faith in Christ his sophomore year in college then transferred to MCC to get a degree in Bible and pastoral ministry. He met his wife Mindi through Christian Challenge and was married and came on staff in 1997. Brian oversees the LIFE Group ministry and leadership training.

Nate and Erika Sapp: Nate grew up in Nairobi, Kenya as a missionary kid and came to K-State in the fall of 2000. He met Erika, his lovely wife and partner in ministry, through Christian Challenge and they were married the summer of 2004. He then joined staff as the worship leader in January 2005, after graduation from KSU with a Secondary Education degree. He loves his job of connecting with college students and leading them in worship.

David & Rachel Irons: David and Rachel met at their time at K-State serving as student leaders in Christian Challenge. David graduated with a Communications degree and Rachel with Family Studies and Trauma Studies. Both from Kansas, David grew up in Overland Park and Rachel in Topeka. They love all things outdoors and you can occasionally find them kayaking out on Tuttle or camping at Pot 2 lake. Recently married they are excited to continue investing in freshman together and begin their lives here in Manhattan.

Jodi Pribyl: Jodi grew up in Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 2003 with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching Kindergarten for two years, she moved to Turkey where she lived for three years and developed meaningful relationships with Turks over countless glasses of tea. After spending six years in Ames, Iowa with Cornerstone Church and the Salt Company, she moved to Manhattan to join the Christian Challenge staff. She loves meeting with women and the zeal and energy that students offer.

Melody RichesonMelody Richeson is the Executive Director of Alongside Women, Inc., a ministry she founded in order to help raise up the next generation of female ministry staff.  She graduated from New Mexico State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has spent 25 years in collegiate ministry.  She has served on staff at Eastern New Mexico University, California State University –Chico, the University of Nebraska and with FOCUS International. Currently, Melody resides in Manhattan, Kansas

Daniel & Rebekah Hutchison: Daniel grew up in Olathe, Kansas, and Rebekah in Diosd, Hungary. They met as students through Christian Challenge, where they were both had a heart for international students. Daniel came on staff after graduating in 2018 with a Civil Engineering degree and interning with Challenge, and Rebekah is finishing her degrees in Education and Spanish. Recently married, they continue to connect with international students together, cherishing the opportunity to start a family in a place they love. They also have a newborn baby girl named Piper.

Brooke Glasnapp:  Brooke grew up in Lawrence, KS and quickly turned into a wildcat fan once she stepped foot on K-State's campus! She graduated from K-State with a degree in Family Studies and Human Development and minoring in Conflict Analysis and Trauma Studies! She interned for challenge for 2 years and then joined staff! Some of her favorite things include discipling college gals, arrow coffee, mountains, and the enneagram!

Robbie & Gail Nutter: Robbie graduated from KSU in the Spring of 1997. He joined Christian Challenge staff that summer where he has been working ever since except for about 2 1/2 years when he and his wife lived overseas. Robbie married his wife Gail in 1998, and they have 3 young children. Robbie loves his job at Christian Challenge, he loves coaching his son's baseball team, and he also wishes he had more time to fish.

Dave & Darla Gevock: Dave was born and raised on a family farm in Iowa, attending Iowa State, before living in Kenya and California. After finishing his masters at Golden Gate Seminary, he moved to Manhattan to join the Christian Challenge staff in 1991. He is married to Darla and has four children, Mary, Suzanna, Thomas, and Kristine. When he is not meeting with students, Dave runs a roofing business on the side.

Matt & Jessica Spade: Matt grew up in Holton, Kansas, and Jessica is from Abilene, Kansas. Both were participants in Christian Challenge as students and grew a lot through the ministry. After receiving their degrees, Jessica in Kinesiology and Matt in Agriculture Education, both decided to join the Christian Challenge staff. They married in the summer of 2012 and have loved spending their first few years of marriage investing in college students. They have one son, Judson.

Jim & Courtney Woods: Jim and Courtney met in college and began dating shortly after graduation. Jim came on staff with Challenge right after college and Courtney joined him after spending a year teaching English in China. They got married in April of 2015 and they both absolutely love what they do with Challenge. They spend much of their time connecting with international students here at K-State. When they aren't meeting with students or hosting events, they love going to the rock wall at the K-State Rec Center for climbing or just relaxing at home together or with friends.

JoLynn Hennerberg: JoLynn grew up in small town Kansas and graduated with a degree in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University in 2013. As a student, she was involved with Christian Challenge and was an intern before joining staff. She loves meeting with women and coordinating the summer training program in Manhattan. JoLynn enjoys playing board games, the outdoors and all things strategy.

Megan Meadows: A graduate of KSU in 2017 as a double major in Management and HR, Megan joined staff the Spring of 2020. Megan’s role on staff looks like meeting one on one with women for discipleship and helping coordinate and lead a group for a new ministry called "Healing the Wounds of Trauma".This 6-week program walks small groups of students through course work that explores what the Bible says about suffering, how we address our "heart wounds" and how we can heal from them. Meg loves working with college students at K-State because she is convinced that there is no life found outside of Jesus, and working to help students move towards believing this truth is worth the effort! She loves to sing and lead worship, drink cold brew coffee, and snuggle her 16lb. cat.

Staci Gann: Staci grew up in Liberty, Missouri and came to K-State in the fall of 2013. She graduated last spring with a degree in Family Studies and is currently pursuing her MA of Counseling. Staci works primarily with sorority women and directs a non-profit working with mental heath in the panhellenic community. She is thankful for the opportunity to do life among students through life groups and coffee dates. In her free time, Staci loves traveling, being outdoors, running, and spending time with friends.
